if you want to get a 6 pack again then you really can't drink much alcohol, if any. I only drink occasionally and I have a 6 pack but the key to getting one is simple: just lowering your body fat percentage.
You do this by caloric restriction. You don't even need cardiovascular exercise if you restrict your calories enough and do abdominal exercises to strengthen the abs. So cut your calories and do some cardio if you want(optional), and once you have your six pack you will know that you're in damned good physical shape.
