One restaurant I worked at had a live lobster tank, where the customer could choose their own lobster. one sous chef there hated lobsters. With his bare hands, he would first rip their claws off. Then rip off the small legs. He finished it off by tearing the head off. The first time I saw him do this I was so stunned I almost fell over laughing.
