I think CRing the flop is a total action killer if Nate doesn't have an ace. And if he does, we want to get a chance to put in 3-bet on the turn. c-call, bet-raise...

Check/raising the flop makes this all more likely, I think. You're not getting in 3-bets on any street if he doesn't have an Ace.
