I have nothing against people who are overweight. But if you're inconveniencing people around you, maybe you should go back to the internet. Obesity is not a disability like a wheelchair. It's understood that peoples' disabilities might be an inconvenience. But obesity is a choice. If you choose to live your life that way, fine, but don't make my life harder because of it.

I am in a wheelchair, and it really bothers me that being fat is considered reason to take my parking space up front. Especially when I need to get inside and gamble. Also, I know this not an original concept but, they could probably use the walk from their car to casino.

This post really bugs me. I know from personal experience (family members) that some disabilities are not as obvious as yours. There are people with heart conditions, lung conditions, people who have had transplants, etc, and these people need access to disabled parking just as much as you do. My cousin had a lung transplant and for the 1st year afterwords he had a disabled placard and I can't believe the number of dirty looks I saw people give to him when he got out and they saw he wasn't in a wheelchair or obviously disabled. One lady even told him that she thought it was a shame how he was taking a space that someone else could use and she apologized profusely when I lit into her and explained his condition.

As for the OP, the quickest way to get someone to leave the table is just lift yourself off one but cheek and let loose with a big, smelly fart. You'll know you're in trouble if the 400 LB guy next to you takes a deep breath and says "just like my mama's home cookin".

My post should not have bothered you, as I made no mention of other legitimate disabilities. Visible or not, permanent or temporary. Your loved one is of no concern to me when it comes to finding a parking space, if it is necassary for them, fine. I am quite capable, I just can't walk, and will find an open space to park, and roll my ass a little ways to get where I need to go. My gripe was with the person who has chose to use a personal flaw as a disablity. Born with the inabilty to eat less, and/or exercise more. Which somehow lead to a lack of hygiene. Hell, I didn't even say that I had a problem with fat people in general. I just don't care to have some slob sitting next to me at the poker table making me nauseous. So, please don't use my post as an excuse to promote your own personal crusade.
