So I've been hemorrhaging BBs recently. Was down 90 BBs, went on vacation for a week, came back, dropped a level, and was up and down to the tune of -100 more.

I SUCK!

I've been trying to figure out what's wrong, and have been posting a lot more responses, and reviewing my hand histories, and I think I have been playing scared.

I've also found some instances of misplaced aggression. (Probably when I thought I was being too weak...)

Since I pulled money OUT of my online bankroll and bought a new computer and PokerTracker just before the downswing started, it's pretty ugly.

I could technically play .25/.50 at the level my bankrolls at now, but I can't risk busting altogether. (It's not worth the fight with my poker-disapproving bf when I redeposit.) Plus I have no confidence left whatsoever.

So today I dropped down to .02/.04, and also played some $5 limit SNGs. (For some reason, I still do pretty well at those and I've been using them to break my downswing some. Without those it would be EVEN WORSE.)

AAARRRRGHHHHH! [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] I haven't played .02/.04...well, EVER. I started at .05/.10 originally. But I'm going to see how it goes. I was going to try a challenge, now I'm going to try a week at .02/.04, a week at .05/.1, and see where it goes from there.
