If puking is allowed I could do this by myself... "forced puking" is a fine line. By pounding 4 beers at a time I could easily make myself puke, but I wouldnt be sticking my finger down my throat or "intentionally puking", just that much liquid in my stomach would make me vomit in most cases
I could just rinse and repeat this, and end up not getting drunk at all. It wouldnt be glamorous, but it would get the job done in the context of the rules

I'm sure at some point, though, you've got to be dry heaving. Repeatedly filling the stomach with beer THEN throwing up might do more damage. I don't know, though, they both sound awful.
