so this old woman came into the clinic 2 weeks ago with a pretty embarassing problem.

'doctor, i've been farting all the time recently, but they're soundless, and they have no odor. in fact, since i've been here, i've farted no less than twenty times. what can i do?'

'here's a prescription ma'am. take these pills three times a day for 2 weeks and then come back to see me.'

2 weeks go by, and the woman marches back in, all in a huff. 'doctor, i dont know what was in those pills, but the problem is worse!! i'm farting just as much, but now they smell terrible! what do you have to say for yourself?'

'aright now, calm down ma'am ... ... ... now that we've fixed your sinuses, we'll work on your hearing!!!'
