One message forum per club, linked on the left with everything else.
All news postings and tournament announcement automagically get duplicated as a new thread in the message forum.
That way, people could respond/discuss the issues/tournament from there.
Make sense? Don't know if that would be possible though.

That works. I'll have links from the club home page for each news post that will take you to it's discussion thread.
