On a similar note, a good college friend of mine went to AC with some underage kids. One of them wins 25k and tries to cash out. Has no ID. Casino manager comes and explains he has to spend it or forfeit it, they wont give him cash. So they get a suite, hookers and blow, clothes, and a buffet set up in their suite.
