You can only attack the same place once every 24 hours. You would probably not get more than .20 in each attack. They don't want you having more than one account so you would have to put lots of effort into not letting them find out. There are tons of bases out there with not defense and $5 for the taking already. Good thought though but I think the game makers have pretty much got most things covered.
