I play in a game, in which we play dealer's choice cash. We have done HORSE style tourneys in the past, they way we run them is to raise after a round of all the games. If you time them, you will run into issues where your playing certain games alot long longer than any other. So if you con the players who only play the "cool" games, they probably wont go broke(even thought you want them to) in between rounds.
