I have eaten fast food once in the past 63 days....went from consuming 4000+ calories a day 2 Under 2000 and 3000 on "cheat" days...Ive alreayd lost 20+ lbs but alas cant weigh myself due to scale issues....Im basically getting "healthy", in a regimented pattern so its not a yoyo diet that I will put back on in no time once I resume to normal eating...Im making my current eating my normal eating....
...so I dont know where the stubborness of it all is
