I'd call and checking turn seems crazy to me, esp on a draw heavy board like this. I'm having a hard time putting him on a hand range, but the only hands that beat you are KK(1 combo), JJ(1 combo), TT(3 combos), 22(3 combos) and it's strange that a solid regular would slowplay those to the turn on a draw heavy flop like that.

Oops, yeah depends how "solid" he is, I think most tight players will muck that pre flop. AdQd is possible also.
