Default Re: With smart management, how long would it take for Knicks to get go

I just heard the knicks are looking to pick up kenyon martin and zo.
This is a perfect deal for the Knicks. Kenyon Martin is coming off an injury that has limited his effectiveness AND supposedly has a bad attitude. In other words, he fits in really well with what they are trying to achieve. Best of all, he also has a huge contract and would be pretty much untradeable. I think if they packaged their 2008 and 2009 #1's, non lottery-protected of course, they might be able to pick him up.

It would also fit in well with their plan of not developing any of their legitimate young talent. This team is a joke.

This team is [censored] ridiculous. They are the biggest embarassment to professional sports in the entire world, without a doubt. They have handed over a shitton of max contracts to aging players who don't have a shot of being any good, without any regard for "team chemistry," if you believe in that sort of thing (which I do somewhat for an NBA team).

It's just embarassing that a team has the highest payroll in the league and they're not even close to being a winning team.
