The key to this game will be how well Rex Grossman plays against the Panthers' ferocious defense. The first time the Panthers and Bears met, Carolina's defense wasn't playing as well as it is right now and the Bears' running game was successful with Thomas Jones leading the way with 87 yards. Now the Panthers' interior defense is playing very good football and will stack the line and force the Bears to put the game on Grossman's shoulders. He's going to have to make the right plays and get the ball in the hands of his playmakers like Muhsin Muhammad.
