i dunno. i feel weird buying condoms in general. i think the best way, if not using the self-checkout, is to when i am buying a lot of groceries. that way it seems like you are just picking them up out of habit.
but when you buy *just* condoms, it is like there is unspoken knowledge between you and the worker that those are going to be on your penis and you will be [censored] some girl that night.
i once had an old woman give me a dirty look.
another time i bought a fifth of rum and some condoms and gum and this 50 year old guy was like "ahhh yeah. gonna have a good time tonight huh?".
add in the fact that they are noticeably larger condoms, and i prefer the self checkout.
