Former Blackjack pro Erica Schoenberg already has two TV poker appearances (GSN's Young Bloods and Young Bloods II, both invitationals) and she already has an endorsement contract with Mansion Poker (those ads run on FSN during Speed Poker on Sunday nights.)

Why?

28 years old. Bleach blond. Babyface.

Vanessa Rousso has also appeared on TV before, having been invited to play in on Episode 1 of "Calvin Ayre Wild Card Poker".

She too has already hired an agent and is looking for an endorsement contract (look for the likes of Bodog to pick her up if she were to make the WPT Final Table.)

The online poker rooms are on the prowl for a photogenic female to replace Evelyn Ng, who hasn't done anything in a while after finishing 2nd at WPT Ladies Night 1. PokerStars dropped Ng about a month ago. Ng has been picked up by Bodog.

yeah i find this unwarranted celebrity bs. the kournikova effect is huge in the poker world. since they are a small number of female poker players combined with a slight amount of attractiveness compounds their popularity. I mean friggin' Erin Ness has a contract with Pokerstars. If Kathy Liebert were hot, just imagine the $hit that would be going into her mouth. She could finally STFU for once.
