Hey thanks Aggie. Yeah, I suppose that I would appreciate if we didn't discuss this stuff too much. Personally, I don't use PT at all and just rely on my memory and feel for players, but I imagine that it might put me at something of a competitive disadvantage if this is discussed at length.
Thundercat, as to your question, I have absolutely no idea what my blind defending stats are. I just know that I defend my blinds a huge percentage of the time. I will defend with:
- good hands
- connected hands
- suited hands
- small opening raises
- against weak opening raises
- against frequent raisers
Of course, the weaker the raiser (and the better I am at reading him), the more likely I am to defend. Also, I am more "in the zone" in some sessions as opposed to others. When I feel like I am playing very well and making good decisions, I am more likely to defend with marginal (or worse) hands.
