The hard part of moving up a level, regardless of bankroll unless the money just doesn't mean anything to you, is getting used to the idea of having more money out on the table during your set. If you're like me, you got used to losing $44 when you bust out of all 4 in a set and can say, no big deal, I'll make it up the next time I have a good set. $88 out of your bankroll is going to hurt twice as much.

OP: This is the best advice you are going to receive in this thread. Definitely move up one table at a time to adjust to those 0 for 4 and 1 for 12 streaks. As for you BR questions, if you can replenish and/or are a significant winner (I doubt you know that yet) 4 tabling the 22s with about 700 isn't awful. But I would suggest not 4 tabling the 22s until you have at least 1100 - perhaps because I find moving down so disheartening.
