I hope this was a joke. Either way, not funny. Go tell that to the thousands of families that have lost someone due to the stupidity of a drunk driver.
Im sure the OP wasn't out of his mind when driving home. But I'm also quite sure that the alcohol inhibited his driving skills in one way or another. Lesson learned.
Someone people can fly planes full of children with 0.08 alcohol level whereas others have a hard time seeing at that level. The line has to be drawn somewhere. Im sure countless statistic tests were carried out to see at what point the majority of the population ceases to drive sensibly with alcohol.
