What ever happened to clean living? 6-7hrs of sleep a night, a jog in the morning, afternoon yoga, 3 balanced meals a day, & so on. If I ever were to play for a living, that's how I'd manage it.
There have been many studies done on the benifit of excersise on the mind. Especially on it's effectiveness to remember details (profit?).
