Wouldnt the line be call or fold since there was the open push?
If I was vilian I and had a higher pair, yes I would raise 3x BB and push to a raise/call a push. JJ or better has a lot more value than a medium PP or overcards. If an over hits the board I still CB in effort to take down pot at the flop.
