Dealers are whiney little bitches, deal the cards and shut up, it's not brain surgery and you're not helping me to win. I'll tip if I feel like it and if I'm guilt tripped I'll never play at your casino again.

I heard this one dealer bitching one time about how somebody just tipped him like $50 after winning like a a 9K bad beat jackpot or something.

This is the equivalent of the lottery commissioner expecting a huge "tip" from the lottery winner.

Tipping shouldnt be a percentage, especially dealing with these astronomical sums of money.

The reason you go by % when at a restaurant is because supposedly the waiter had to do alot more work on a larger check (more items ordered, more complexity, more people to fill up drinks, etc.).

However it takes the EXACT same amount of energy/effort/skill to deal a round of poker, doesn't matter if it's 2/4 of 20/40 NL.
