I consider myself a generous tipper, and I have travelled to foreign countries where people have absolutely refused my tips despite the fact they can barely afford what we consider the necessities of life.

A dealer should appreciate the tip given to him, considering he is already making a salary at a job the proverbial monkey can do.

If any dealer would show attitude about a toke, like others have mentioned above, I would take it back, tell him to go fcuk himself and give it to the waitress or a poor person outside. Then I would take sadistic pleasure in watching him deal to me for hours with no bonus, as it is his job requirement. I have done this once because of a jerk off dealer.
