Cash game? I didn't mention a cash game. I ran the numbers for 70BB as I was incorrect and you are correct about the first few levels, and if you believe the all in reraiser would do that with AK as well as AA and KK, then calling or folding are a wash. When it's a wash, I will call to build up a stack early or bust out, but that's just what my preference is as I play much better with a very deep stack.
