It will definately drop - how much depends on many factors which are different for each person. For me, my single tabling ROI when I'm playing on my laptop is about twice as high as my 4 tabling ROI.
Regarding reads, what you will find when you multi-table is that you play way fewer hands and reads become less and less important. Using a HUD should give you almost all of the info you need.
