I have been reading this post for a couple days, and it seems the attitude of responses has shifted a bit. I know absolutely nothing about this particular situation, except for the one sided information posted by the OP. I treat what he has to say with a grain of salt, as we really don't know the details. I am however, happy to hear that Full Tilt is concerned about cheating, and has systems in place to prevent it. It does sound like they need to do a better job of explaining things, but I would expect part of that to lie in the likely separation of the customer service people (the guys who answer emails) and the investigation department. I would doubt these jobs are combined in any way. Glad to hear your account has been reopened, but beyond that, your experience has had no impact on my opinion of the site.
