after getting disconnected for the 400th time at Party tonight, I put 500 in to give it a run. I saw this post, got the email and was excited at the idea of 12,000 players.

There were only 650.

Only 3-4 games were full. got used to the software with nickel dime, then played a 1/2, 2/4 and 5/10. all were very soft with 5-6 seeing the flop and no one wanting to put in a raise. The deck hit me pretty hard with Aces in the 5/10, getting A4o unraised in the BB and then flopping 2 fours. AQ with an AA flop in the 2/4 and getting a set of 4s in the 1/2. (set of 9's cracked by a 4 straight but we will pretend that I didn't spew unnecessarily on 4th).

I didn't like playing the 5/10 on such a short roll but the game was very juicy and I got lucky with the deck.

Tough to get used to the small cards and it is very friendly to the unsophisticated player - in that is continues to show the cards down low after they fold so they can see that their 84o would have rivered 2 pair and won the pot - so that they know not to fold it the next time.

It is going to be tough to build a roll as the games are so spotty - especially if they only have 5-600 players and a lot of those are on the play money tables. I also realized just how spoiled I was with PAHUD and PT.

I guess I will keep a little there for a while and see what develops but what a great deal - especially if they can get more of the loosies interested in it.
