The concept of rakeback might be alien to casual players, but the concept of getting a chunk of change deposited in their account every friday is going to do alot more to excite them than some deposit bonus. They are going to view it as a playing bonus, and the more they play the bigger their "bonus" is. And maybe it will even encourage them to play higher limits when they figure out their "bonus" will be bigger. I dont even think fish get that excited about deposit bonuses, because you have to deposit money, and you have to play X number of hands. For the most part, I think deposit bonuses only excite lower limit grinders
