I think this is going to be wayyy too player dependent to be able to give answers on in writing. Folding/calling/re-raising vary greatly as far as which option is correct based on opponents. Reraising with something as disgusting as ATo may very well become the most profitable play against the right opponent, whereas against another it could be a clear fold.
