There is too much going on in this hand to fold. As you say, he may be squeezing the SB, and KK is a possibility. You can't lay this hand with all these possibilities.

Can you get rakeback if you already have accounts

I have really old accounts at Stars and UB, and active accounts at Absolute and FT. I onle heard of rakeback recently. Is there a way for me to "start over" on any of these? If so, how?

most likely JJ on down, trying to isolate the SS. I'm worried about the solid thinking player part, but you've only been there for 30 minutes.
