As to the rule of "a shown hand is a mucked hand" - thanks, that is what I was looking for.

As to the other replies, it is one thing for all you pro muti-tabling, 100K hand a week people to easily...

There have been times, especially in live tourneys when I've wanted to make a big bet and just show my cards to the guy I'm heads up with to get him to fold - like when there is a big amount already...

Just to throw in the discussion - when you don't have a job you don't have medical insurance, 401K etc. Take everything into acccount before you make a decision.

First - how did he get back up to 750 after only having 200 when you crippled him on the KJ? I think that would play into it. If he got felted and re-bought for 1,000 and was beat around a little...

From what we know:

He hasn't played 1 orbit, so he is either picking his spots, a tight player, or just had crappy starting hands.

Assuming the first two, what hands could he have that scare...
