Hard to get away from that. I probably would have pushed the turn to discourage a flush draw. Lmfao at the 7.5 call with J7s.

Not much you can do but get stacked here. Shove the turn though. Im guessing/hoping you weren't going to fold for 25 more so your turn bet achieves nothing because most worse made hands will fold and your giving a flush draw pretty nice odds given your never folding your last 25 on the river.

Raise more preflop, while it 'worked' in that you got heads up with just one other player there were far too many limpers in the pot.

Not sure why the last 25 went in on the river, with the previous calls the only hand that folds is a busted flush draw and it would be sort of hard to put Villain on that.

He's getting almost 2.5:1 (calling 6.5 into a pot of 15.5) on his call, which is right if Hero has no pair, and is only putting 10% of his stack in when he will stack Hero if he flops two pair or trips.

Raise to 10 (4xBB + 1BB per limper) preflop, and your decisions are easier.
