You put way too much thought into it. It's just limit poker. Bet until someone raises, then re-raise if you have something (or you're Kurush)

I just move up from nano's mid march. I had only played ~850-900 hands of 1/2 prior to yesterday, and before that 2500 hands of .5/1 (I don't count anyhting prior to new years, I was just a dumb non thinker prior to that).
