Villain is 21/18/4 (2.5/00/000) AttSt 33% only 65 hands

This hand mb easy vs unknown but i raise his Cbet mb 4 or 5 times when he open from CO and i was on button, so may be he play me back?

I fold. Villain seems to be pretty solid and i dont think he is doing this with anything you beat.
