No reads in particular. What's the standard line here? I don't think he has a K, because he'd bet. The question is, does he have the 9? Fire again?

I would check and evaluate the river. In this spot I could very likely put him on a hand like AK.
Hes possibly calling because hes afraid your pfrr may mean aces aces but regardless I don't think this is a good spot to bet out at again.

I usually slow down on the turn against solid players here. He's not floating since he didn't donk the turn, so he's got a pocket pair or some piece of the board.

If villain was more of a calling station I would fire another bullet, as they would be calling with worse pairs a lot of the time.

I check turn for pot control and fold river. Why can't you put him on a weak K?

Well played if you folded river.

I might ocassionally check behind on flop though not too often.

If I had QQ or JJ though I'm checking behind on the flop a lot especially with QQ. I'm also checking behind on the flop a good amount of the time with AK though.

Oh, I almost forgot about this hand..
Really tough, I'm beating a bluff and A high on the river. If it's a bluff it's weird to bet only $10, so I just folded
