UB issues, advice?
 

five days ago i was playing UB when site went down. the cash i had at the table is still listed as 'money at tables'

i've emailed them 4 times..and still can't get my cash.

any advice? UB is a total joke right now.

well, i do have something to worry about because i cannot play right now! cash that is mine is trapped in your system. it's really not right. i know it'll be there at some point, but until then i'm screwed.

a bonus offer? it should be UB crediting my account with free and clear cash to make up for this incredible inconvenience.

I had about 1000 dollars locked up the same way as you between 3 tables. I emailed them and no responce, what they are doing it going to every hand for 1000's of players and verying how much money was in play, no doubt it will take them a while, a couple days later i got emails from them titles "Money in play at table XXXXX" explaining how much i had and what hand number it was, all cash was returned, rest assured.

No offense, but your bonus offer can't possibly be incredible because your clearence rate is basically the worst on the net. Nobody cares how many hundreds of bonus dollars you throw at them. You don't even allow ANY tournament fees to count towards bonuses. Check around... you're way behind the times.

You could offer a 100% of all $ on your site and I would not be impressed. Your bonuses are the hardest to clear of any site I have seen on the net, especially for somebody who plays smaller levels as I do. I would just like to see somebody do something about my withdrawal request which has been sitting there for about 3 days with no action.
