Poker Ace HUD

I have just started using Poker Tracker and Poker Ace HUD and would like to know what my stats should show on HUD. I have not played alot of hands(about 2500) but stats for V$in pot is 32%, raise frequency before flop is 18%, and total agression is between 3 and 5%. Not sure if that is good or bad. I think the 32% is a bit high? What are the optimum percentages?

Also is there a place to go and have a detailed analysis of all the stats and what they mean

your stats come from pockertracker not PAHud.

are you playing 6max ? full ring ?

some players can play 32% but as we are in the begginers forum then that number is too high. you are 32/18 and should be aiming for 20/18 or thereabouts.

how many hands is this over ?
