dunno about a river bet,
he will raise with AA or J9 and you have to call,
so there is more to lose than there is to gain.

When you call turn you have declared to yourself that you believe villian doesnt have fh. Given that you must bet at least 1/2 pot on river.

value bet/fold would be standard here. You are playing with villain so should have a better feel for what sized bet is optimal then we do
