How to post Poker tracker and Poker grapher stats

I was wondering how I post my poker tracker stats and graphs in the forums like I see everyone else doing. If somebody could explain to me I would greatly appreciate it.

Print screen. Paste it into MSPaint. Crop it. Upload it to photobucket, imageshack tinypic etc, then click on the image tag when makeing your post, and copy in the url of the image. The code will look like this (but without the space in "image".
