Do you have a price range on dinner?

Alex at the Wynn makes an impression, but the bill will be large.

Eiffel Tower restaurant offers great setting, and seems to do well in reviews (never eaten there).

Anything under 500$ for 2 is fine.

Alize at the Palms has another great view, and two tasting menus, one for $95 with 5 courses, one for $125 with 7 courses.

Web site mentions wine pairings but not price. You should be set for under $500.

Cannot give personal recommendation, but it is on the short list of places I want to try in LV, and I would not hesitate to go there (Mobil 3 star rating, AAA four diamonds for 2007, etc.).
