I was going to C/F the flop after my 4bet got flatted because I thought this flop nails his range with enough equity in his mind to shove over my CBET a large % of the time, especially when I can have air sometimes (like now)

I'm not sure if this turn bet is good or bad so I guess it is the reason for this post.

I think the river is standard given how I got there?

I'd bet closer to pot if I was betting turn, and I don't like the river bet.

are we deep enough here to just call pf and set mine? sorry if this is a rediculously stupid question....but we'd need to extract ~ $500 when we hit our set to make it profitable. i guess its kinda close especially if hes three betting with a wide range.

but yeah idk i feel like after you check a flop this drawy you cant really rep much. not sure how i feel about river shove

why is the river bet good? what hand do we put villian on that only calls 4 bets pf, checks that flop and calls that turn bet other than AQ?

This is what I assume to be Buffo's calling range for a 4 bet

AKs, AKo-sometimes AQs-sometimes TT-AA I dont see him calling with anything else really, maybe he takes a flop with 88 or 99

ok well once we get to this flop we check and he checks behind

I would be almost certain that 99-JJ bets there with the nature of this board. So think we can discount them from his range

I dunno if KK or AA w/o a heart bets. I think a check makes alot of sense from those hands. But AA or KK w/ the heart will bet here often imo. Same goes with AKo and AQs w/o a heart seems more inclined to check. Though I think AhKx will often bet here as well

So we go to the turn.

If he if playing 88 pf he just got there, a call would make alot of sense with the flush draw and higher straight out there. If he had the flush AKhh AQhh I would be surprised if he hadn't chosen a spot to build the pot, so I think we can discount flushes alot from his range.

I think Ahkx would call here with the gutshot, overpairs such as QQ-AA with hearts could play like this. I also assume that QQ-AA without hearts could call this turn as well.

On the river I don't know if he can call w/o a Queen, kinda depends on how he views you I suppose. He must also be aware of the possibilty you have a flush so its very hard for him to call playing the board here.

Seems kinda suacy as I don't see alot of hands that can beat the straight on the board here. I would think that the play is prob ok, but somewhat close.

You push off AhKx AA-KK

I should also mention I don't see alot of flushes or Q's in his range. I assume this is a high variance play tho.

i doubt AhKx isnt betting that flop. So you push off AA and KK, i doubt a hand without a Q is calling you.

he may also have AQ or flopped flush.

im still not sure if the bet was good or bad.

Doesn't this smell a lot like AhQ? Yes it also does smell like AhK but AhQ more.

I think AhQx is a super easy B/C for him on this flop.
