AA facing river push 100nl

No stats. No reads. Was my 3rd hand. Played some hands with villian AFTER this that made me think differently about this hand, and maybe that there is something fundamental and obvious that I am not seeing here in this hand.

Should I push turn?

why do you raise so big on the flop?
it not really wet...

I push the turn. You've got 65 left, you are committed. I don't think you can get a much better turn card and lots of the deck is going to hit villains range.

Why are you giving a free card on the turn?

SB is a short stack so by default they suck.
CO limped, they suck at poker.

I'm thinking the flop was to try to isolate against the SB?

push the turn.

fold the river as played.

reraise on the flop to 20

Reraise to 20? After I call pot is (16+5+5+5) 31. If I raise $15 more to 20 it would be $46, so draws are getting 3:1... seems bad. Big flop raise was to isolate, its not even a psb.

When he flats I thought set - He should call with a draw, so I should remove them from his range, no? Thus I was happy to c/f...

River is easy fold, right?

Is this wrong?

This looks like a disappointed set to me, which did not like that you checked the turn. If I am not on tilt I fold river.
He cold calls two bets on the flop which looks pretty strong to me.
It could also be 97, but he knows you're probably shoving turn, if he misses, he will have to give up the hand. Which makes me think he has a set.
