Citizen\'s Bank Visa Gift Card (CDN)
 

I was wondering if any Canadians have used the Citizen's Bank Visa Gift card to deposit and withdraw directly to and from poker sites. If so which sites? If not, is there a Canadian prepaid visa or gift card that will work for deposits as well as withdrawals?.
