Don't call flop bets with a gutshot. He's not even 100bb deep. Preflop is fine but if you are calling with gutshots, which you did, fold.

I'd bet a bit stronger on the turn ~ $3.5. I'd play the river the same.
Flop would depend on my read of the player and how often they'd show up with a fd here.
