Seems alright to me. I don't like that Seat 3 is leading, and tens up isn't looking like a lock anymore. Ideally, Seat 8 will toss a draw when you raise here, and Seat 3 will just flat call. You got a guy out, and you'll likely be able to check behind 6th for pot control (unlikely 3 has a draw you need to charge when he leads 5th).

If 8 calls the raise cold and 3 reraises you, though, you'll be kicking yourself hehe.

Dead two-pair hands aren't really my favorite, but I think the raise on fifth is OK, especially if it gets people to fold. If you meet further resistance, you might have to give it up, though.

I'm not crazy about third street.
