All of his chips?
Any other reasonable bet commits you to the pot and there are tons of river cards that could kill your hand(Any heart, straight cards, paint.)if Villain calls. It seems best to just shove and take the pot down now.

i would just shove, but not to take down the pot right now, b/c it looks bluffy and will get looked up lighter than betting ~1/2 his stack

I would never jam AA or KK here.
I kind of like betting 333 you aren't crippled if he calls and you fold river. He aslo might shove stupid hands over it.
You can shove river and draws never fold.

Shove it all in.

i'd shove. you're committed if you bet anywhere between 1/2 and 3/4 of the pot... so you might as well try to take it down right there. 640 chips is nothing to sneeze at.
