Reads: I've got nothing on UTG+1 and the only thing I know about SB is that he is 3betting and 4betting a decent amount, don't know what to make out of his cold call though, could be trapping...

Agreed. You have an overpair and the third nut flush draw. You're probably not dominated enough of the time to fold. Arrr in.
