I am curious as to what is considered a reasonable long term bb/100 when playing no limit 1/2 or 2/4

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

poker tracker. ok, a real answer: estimate about 75% of the winrate you had at the level you are moving up from. I was joking with the 13ptBB/100

That link is so old it's been the reference for so long now and don't really know if its acurate...didn't someone say they would have a new 1 up soon?
