shoving here sucks IMO, the Ah should fold if he is smart at all, so basically nothing calls that you are beating

Pre-flop, flop, and turn are all fine.

I would raise to $4 pre-flop and bet pot on the flop, but that's nitpicking.

On the river, make your original raise bigger. I would raise to around $32. As played, just call. Don't push please.

And please don't minraise the River. As played you might want to call the 3bet. It's somewhat unlikely he 3bets you with the naked Ah on a paired board and you only got bottom boat.

Yeah I didn't take not of your puny sized river raise. That seriously blows.
